Guidelines and Respect
Respect Policy
- no disrespectful play in game OR out of game.
- no racism, sexism or inappropriate remarks or behavior.
- respect each other's preferences, boundaries, identities and character decisions.
Sessions
- once a time is set for a campaign/one shot, it will be up to each player AND the DM to join a session as per the schedule.
- sharing memes, art, covnersation and music is encouraged! But please be mindful of the game and do your best to avoid distracting those involved in a scene.
REPERCUSSIONS If any of these guidelines are crossed or not met by the players in a game, after sufficient warning, then it will result in a removal from World of Kralha games. There will be 0 tolerance for hateful behavior. Safety and comfort for those who play World of Kralha games is and will always remain paramount.
Payments and Cancellation/Postponing
Payments: Payment for games (One shots, Tutorials, and Campaign sessions) are made 2 days latest before the event. Once payment is made, a player is expected to attend the scheduled game. Payments can be made via interac e-transfer or Paypal to worldofkralha@gmail.com.
Cancellation: At Kralha Games, efforts are taken to secure the quality of each game. This includes planning engaging encounters, visual aids such as maps and miniatures, writing storylines and scheduling. Therefore, if a player cancels their attendance within the 2 day window before the game, there will be a fee of $10 required immediately after cancellation. However, a player cancelling or a player who shows up to a postponed game retains the option to put their previous payment towards their next game attendance as credit. Cancellation fees apply only in every instance of player cancellation.
